How often should I change the water ?
We recommend changing the water every 3-4 weeks to help keep the water clean. We also recommend showering before you plunge
How long should I plunge and how often ?
everyone has different needs and tolerances so depending on your needs will depend on how many times you can or should plunge. We recommend building you tolerance and resistance by starting on with a warmer temperature that doesn't feel so shocking and gradually decreasing the temperature while simultaneously decreasing the water temperature. Please ensure you have done your research and plunge with caution
Can the chiller be left outside or get wet ?
Yes the chiller can be outside but not in direct sunlight. chillers that have been exposed to direct sunlight will not be covered by warranty. The chiller itself can have slashes of water but should never be soaked or left in the rain.
